Wednesday is ‘market day’; it’s a part of the town’s culture.” said Briars Ward Councillor Bev Colomb, while Councillor Anne Shaw commented that “Mornington market brings such a diversity of local produce and crafts to our wonderful township, it is a true tradition.” New Briars Ward Councillor Andrew Dixon enthused that “Mornington market is an awesome example of how the people make the place – it’s a huge community event! There is plenty for the whole family whether it’s budding artists or quality street food!”
